Methodology

The Collaboration Readiness Tool determines your readiness levels based on the responses you give to a series of questions or statements.

Your overall level and description is displayed on-screen. Further information is provided as categories of your readiness, giving insight into possible avenues of improvement and enhancement.

Algorithm

Your overall level is calculated based on the levels of your categories.  Categories are scored by calculating your responses and relating this score to unique cut-off values for categories. The calculation process may result in an overall level that is not the average of the category levels.

Visualisation

Category levels are displayed in a radar chart (also known as a spider chart). This chart compares the level of each category to each other, and also in relation to the level’s limits (of no level or full level). Additionally, an overall level can be discerned by the visual area that is encompassed by the levels.
